Cheneta Jones Impacts Charts With New Album ‘Transformed’
St. Louis singer/songwriter Cheneta Jones‘ latest release, ‘Transformed’ was released on Real Talent Media Group/Habakkuk Music/INgrooves Fontana Distribution and made its debut last week on Billboard Top Gospel Albums at #13, Billboard Heatseekers Top New Artist Album at #16 and Top Christian/Gospel Albums at #31. ‘TRANSFORMED’ has also produced two Top 40 Gospel Radio hits ‘Be Like You’ and ‘We Worship You’.
“I’ve been through a lot in the last two years and have overcome many obstacles. So this new album is very relatable and expresses my love for Jesus as literally being my everything,” says Jones talking about her album ‘Transformed’.

“I want listeners to be able to hear a song and reflect on how it applies to their life,” she continues. “In addition, for those who are not believers, it is my intention to draw them to Christ through practical means and not religiosity.”
Cheneta recently celebrated the release of ‘TRANSFORMED’ with a concert on 26th May at her home church Faith Miracle Temple in Florissant, MO. BET Sunday Best Winner Amber Bullock and vocalist Jonathan McReynolds made special guest performances. In addition to her busy promotional tour schedule, Cheneta will be celebrating Black Music Month with appearances and stops at radio and retail in key cities.
