Faith Child Hosts Prayer & Worship Event In Aid Of 276 Nigerian Chibok School Girls

UK Urban, MOBO nominated artist Faith Child is hosting an event #276 LIKE ME | BRING BACK OUR GIRLS.

The event is in aid of the abducted Nigerian School girl’s that have been tragically taken away from their families with reports stating that the girls are being forced into Islam and into marriage with members of Boko Haram, with a reputed “bride price” of ?2,000 each ($12.50/£7.50), a total violation for their human rights. As a matter of concern for the abducted 276 Nigerian Chibok school girls, young people will gather for an evening of worship and prayer, led by the young and facilitated by Faith Child Music plus various national partners.

“At a time where it looks like all hope is lost, let’s gather together for an evening of prayer, led by young people for the abducted Nigerian school girls,” Faith Child shared on facebook.

“This is something that has been on my heart,” shares Faith Child, this could easily have been any of our siblings and relatives regardless of location. Come and make a difference for young people just like ourselves, by showing our support through prayer.”
