Elevation Music are excited to announce the latest Jesus Culture release of ‘Here On Earth’, the brand new album from Californian worship leaders Bryan and Katie Torwalt.
‘Here On Earth’ features ten original worship songs with this generation of revivalists in mind. Written out of spontaneous moments of worship, the songs were naturally born of the Holy Spirit. The Torwalts have truly captured the amazing sense of creativity in corporate worship, with the radio?friendly opener ‘Glorious’ announcing the spine?tingling presence of God. The song sets the scene for a Jesus Culture album like no other.
Speaking about their vision for the recording, Bryan and Katie said; “The goal is to release God’s presence into whatever atmosphere the music is being played in. We want to make space for supernatural signs and wonders to take place. We want to see the lame walk, the deaf hear and the blind se; we really want to see healing through our music.”
Bryan and Katie are worship pastors at The River Church in Fresno, California, and are currently writing and singing new songs within that community. They both recently led worship at the 2011 Jesus Culture Awakening Conference in Chicago and joining the Jesus Culture Music label should further increase their profile.
Jesus Culture Music exists to ignite revival in the nations of the earth. The heart is to compel the body of Christ to radically abandon itself to worship. The Jesus Culture ministry longs for Jesus to be exalted in the nations and for his manifest presence to invade this world, whilst aspiring to see people to sing great worship songs, the bigger aim is to see them come to His presence through worship.
‘Here on Earth’ is released through Elevation Music on 1st October 2011 and follows the Jesus Culture event at Hammersmith Apollo, London on 24th September.
